I met this chubby little guy when he was only a few days old so of course I was excited when his mom wanted me to capture his 6 month pictures. As you can see this family has three fun and handsome boys so we will need to wish mom luck on the home front as she is out numbered!!

The smaller details in life, our first born, our itty bittys! I was happy to photograph this little family’s new addition. Baby H entered into this world early so he had a few small struggles but was perfection for our session. These images are all precious to each family and are time sakes for each of them. One more high school senior, meet Paige! This wildcat plays tennis, basketball, and softball; in all her spare time this beauty is a firefighter explorer. After high school she will be attending college to continue her passion for fire fighting and helping people. Her mom and I have known each other for a few years now so it has been a pleasure to watch Paige grow up and what fun us three girls had while traipsing through the basin looking for great spots. Paige picked one of my favorite places to start her shoot, the Whitewater Preserve and after that they were good sports when we stopped at random locations! I hope they are as pleased with the results as I am. Congratulations to yet one more great Twentynine Palms Senior!

Another awesome and individual senior session. This one was unique because we shot the entire session in Jack’s backyard. I’m a bit jealous of the location, it was gorgeous and versatile. This is the third sibling in the house that I have had the pleasure of capturing a senior moment with so of course I was super excited for this session. Then we added the classic car what more could a photographer ask for, oh that’s right a great subject 🙂 Jack and I bummed around looking for different settings and capturing places that are fond to his childhood. Like the climbing he has done with Ranger up that very hill for years. The view of the valley was another important catch for Jack and of course, baseball, his love so we needed to add that to our session. Another fun time photographed and memorialized!!

This is Heather, she is a high school senior at Twentynine Palms High School. She is an athlete and a scholar; she is the Valedictorian for the graduating class of 2014. I have had the pleasure of getting know Heather through a series of photographic opportunities with her family over the last year so I was excited when her mom contacted me to do her senior portraits. Heather will be off to Arizona in the fall and I know we will continue to hear about the great things she is yet to accomplish!

Meet the “D” family who recently welcomed their first child. I was excited that they asked me to photograph this awesome time as I was able to watch them through out the pregnancy as well. This little guy did not want to sleep for us but it is rumored that after I left he slept the rest of the day. Dad loves turtles so we had to use some props for dad’s pictures. We also used one of mom’s papa’s shirts to honor her family, I love when families include pieces of who they are to add to a story that can be told through these images.

Meet Mr. “A” he is celebrating his 3rd birthday and we took some time to hang out at the park together! He shared with me all kinds of fun stuff that he likes so he was superman, how super cute is he? and other fun stuff like his sheriffs badge and cars stuff. After we were done with the session we had a quick playdate in the park which was also super fun!

Meet Mercedes, a Yucca Valley High School Senior and beauty! This high school senior has big plans! She will be attending school to be a dental assistant in the fall with plans to continue her education after that. She was voted as the Heart Throb for her yearbook stand outs, any confusion as to why? We had a lot of fun adventuring in the Morongo Preserve and around Yucca Valley.

Arielle contacted me with a quick fused request, she needed engagement pictures and she had a short timeline. Her Marine was deploying in a few days. We worked out some good locations on base and got to photographing. Her Marine is a tank mechanic so we wanted to include the vehicles in our session. As a first for me I was excited to see what we could do and I will say we got a lot more images than I would have thought. This was a fun loving session that I am honored to have done. This Trevon’s senior session. This young man is known for his fashion sense and design so his session was tailored to showcase his personality, his love of the desert he grew up in, and some of his designs and fashion ideas. This was a fun session with a different flair. We started of in the Monument with a few family images. We traveled to several other locations to add to the backdrops of the day but all were a piece of where this young man calls home.
